A fantastic culinary cruise designed with your personal preferences in mind, professionally executed and beautifully presented by a trained chef with years of experience provisioning and cooking on board yachts in the Caribbean.

All of our meals are prepared with the emphasis on fresh.

We take advantage of the ocean’s bounty, the favorable spice trade, and check in with the ‘coconut telegraph’ to find the freshest ingredients for your dining pleasure. Watermelon, baby spinach and feta salad with pickled red onion, fig and olive oil balsamic, and grilled chicken

Steak salad served atop a bed of arugula, red onion, cucumber, diced tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette

Tequila lime Mahi Mahi fish tacos with forbidden rice

Mahi Mahi with coconut lime rice and mango salsa served with prosciutto wrapped asparagus

Jerk spiced pork tenderloin with slow cooked apple chutney over butternut squash puree

Coconut crusted basa with mango aioli served with blanched and shocked vegetables

Filet mignon drizzled with cabernet thyme reduction sauce with roasted vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes

Salmon served over rich beurre blanc sauce with honey glazed carrots

Stewed mahi-mahi with local peppers and tomatoes over jasmine rice with zucchini and summer squash
